The morning sun slipped through the sky, painting the world in soft shades of gold. On the balcony swing, a girl lay asleep, her head tilted to the side, a half-read novel still resting in her delicate hand as though she had drifted into dreams mid-sentence.

Her beauty was effortless, untouched by vanity. Sunlight kissed her soft cheeks, giving them a natural rosy glow, while her lips-pink, tender, slightly parted-breathed in a rhythm of quiet peace. Her long lashes rested against her skin, fluttering gently with each stir, and the breeze played mischievously with strands of her silky hair, brushing them across her flawless face as if nature itself wanted to caress her.

This was Ishanvi. Beautiful-not in the loud, extravagant way people often tried to be-but in the kind of way that made time slow, as if even the morning paused just to admire her.

"Ara di, aram se... shor mat karna. Kya pata didu so rahi ho." (Ara di, go slow... don't make noise. What if didu is sleeping?) whispered an eight-year-old girl as she tiptoed into the room.

"Pata hai, meri maa," (I know, my mother) Ara replied dramatically, rolling her eyes as though she carried the weight of endless patience.

"Dono chup chap chalo na," (Both of you, just keep quiet and come) a twelve-year-old boy muttered, trying to keep the little brigade in order. His tone was laced with the practiced authority of an elder brother, but his eyes gave away the fondness he carried for his sisters.

The three of them pushed the door open and stepped in-only to halt with confusion. The bed was empty.

"Yaar, didu firse balcony mein so gayi shayad," (Oh no, didu must have fallen asleep on the balcony again) the youngest guessed, her small feet padding quickly towards the balcony.

And she was right. There, on the swing, lay Ishanvi, her body curled in gentle slumber, sunlight wrapping around her like a halo. She looked like a painting that had come alive.

"Ishi di, utho... aapka result aane wala hai aaj." (Ishi di, wake up... your result is going to be announced today) the boy said, stepping closer, excitement lacing his voice.

"Haan, maine Mahadev se bola hai woh aapko select karwa denge, didu." (Yes, I even prayed to Mahadev that He makes sure you get selected, didu) the little one added with innocent pride, her eyes sparkling with faith.

The soft chime of their voices drifted into Ishanvi's dreams, nudging her awake. Slowly, her lashes fluttered open, her gaze hazy at first before reality settled in.

"Ishu, Ara, Risha... tum sab yahan!!" (Ishu, Ara, Risha... you all are here!!) she said, her voice still heavy with sleep, carrying a warmth that made the children beam.

The three troublemakers-her cousins-stood before her: Ishvik Roy, Siyara Roy, and little Anvika Roy.

"Haan didu, aapko uthane aaye the..." (Yes di, we came to wake you up...) Ara replied with a mischievous grin.

"Achha, bacha party... baki do kidhar hain?!" (Oh, little party... where are the other two?!) Ishanvi asked as she carefully placed her book on the nearby shelf and rose from the swing, her soft hair falling around her face.

"As usual, so rahe." (As usual, they're sleeping) Annie said innocently, her voice barely above a whisper, eyes round with honesty.

Ishanvi chuckled, her dimples appearing like magic, softening her already delicate face. "Achha, tum sab baitho. Main fresh hoke ready hoke aati hoon." (Alright, you all sit here. I'll go freshen up and get ready.)

She gently guided the three to her bed, switched on the TV, and left them with their favorite cartoons-because she knew nothing kept them quieter than animated chaos-before disappearing inside to get ready.

Soon, Ishanvi stepped out of her room, her presence as refreshing as the morning breeze itself. She was dressed in a simple yet graceful outfit-a soft brown top neatly tucked into flowing black plazo jeans. The earthy tone of the brown made her fair skin glow even brighter, while the black plazos brought a natural elegance to her casual look, making her appear effortlessly sophisticated.

Her long, silky hair cascaded freely over her shoulders, swaying lightly with each step. When the sunlight streamed in from the balcony, it caught her strands, making them gleam like spun silk. Her cheeks held a gentle, natural pink glow, her lips fresh and rosy without the touch of makeup, and her big, expressive eyes carried the kind of warmth that made anyone who looked at her feel instantly at ease.

And then there was her smile-that smile that lit up her face and revealed the deep dimples on her cheeks. It made her already delicate beauty even more radiant. She looked breathtaking, not because she tried, but because she simply was.

With her three little cousins trailing behind like her shadow, Ishanvi walked gracefully down the stairs.

"Good morning dadu dadi." (Good morning, grandpa, grandma) she greeted warmly, bending down to touch the feet of Sushant Roy and Radhika Roy, who were seated on the sofa, sipping their morning tea.

"Good morning, Ishi." (Good morning, Ishi) they both replied with affection, placing their hands gently over her head in blessing.

"Good morning chote dadu, chote dadi." (Good morning, little grandpa, little grandma) she added playfully, turning towards Shekhar Roy and Nandini Roy, her tone filled with the same love and respect.

"Good morning, betu." (Good morning, dear) the couple replied with warm smiles, clearly adoring her sweet gesture.

"Mumma aur Maassi kahan hai?!" (Where are Mumma and Maassi?!) Ishanvi asked, her eyes scanning the room curiously as if she already guessed the answer.

"Dono breakfast bana rahe hain... uk jab tumhari Mumma nervous hoti hai tumhare results ke related toh woh yehi karti hai..." (They're making breakfast... you know, when your Mumma gets nervous about your results, this is what she does...) Radhika ji said with a knowing smile.

"Yehh Mumma bhi na..." (This Mumma too...) Ishanvi sighed with a playful chuckle, tapping her forehead lightly as she walked towards the kitchen. Behind her, Siyara, Ishvik, and Anvika settled down at the table, joining the elders.

"Mumma!" Ishanvi called out softly as she entered the kitchen. Without waiting, she wrapped her arms around Dishani from behind, her embrace warm and reassuring, before extending her other hand to gently squeeze Surbhi's arm, who was standing beside.

"App dono shant hojayein na... ho jayega admission mera." (You both calm down... my admission will happen) she said with her comforting smile, trying to ease their obvious tension.

"Hame bharosa hai hamari beti prr lekin hum kya karein... tension toh hoti hai..." (We trust our daughter, but what can we do... of course we get worried...) Dishani replied softly, cupping Ishanvi's cheeks with both hands, her eyes filled with love and pride.

"Wohiii Ishi yaar badi fikar horahiii." (Oh Ishi, I'm really so worried) Surbhi added, giving a faint, nervous smile, her tone more protective than anxious.

"Nahh, karein, chalein breakfast karte hain aur fir result dekhenge..." (No, let's go, let's have breakfast and then check the result...) Ishanvi said brightly, leaning in to plant a gentle kiss on both their cheeks. Her warmth filled the kitchen like sunshine, and for a moment, their worries seemed lighter.

Just as Surbhi was about to say something, a loud crashing sound echoed through the house, startling all three of them. Without wasting a second, they hurried out of the kitchen.

"Kyaa huaa?!" (What happened?!) Dishani shouted in panic, but the moment her eyes fell on the scene in front of her, she froze in shock.

On the floor lay little Advik, flat on his back, while Siyara and Advika sat triumphantly on top of him, tugging mercilessly at his hair. Just a few feet away, Ishvik and Anvika stood clapping and laughing hysterically at the chaos.

"Isne firse pareshan kiya hai dono ko!" (He must have troubled both of them again!) Surbhi said, exasperated, holding her forehead in disbelief.

"Chup reh! Yeh dono hi pareshan karti hai bichare bache ko... Adi bacha!" (Quiet! It's these two who trouble the poor boy... my Adi baby!) Dishani countered, rushing forward to rescue Advik.

Ishanvi, however, stepped in gracefully, lifting Siyara into her arms with practiced ease, while Surbhi quickly scooped up Advika. Both little girls squirmed in protest, their mischievous eyes still sparkling.

"Kyaa hua hai?!" (What happened?!) Ishanvi asked, looking at Ishvik for an explanation, her voice calm yet firm.

"Kuch nahi didu... bas yeh Advik ne in dono ki chocolate khali thi, aur ab jab dono pooch rahi hain toh jhuth bol raha hai." (Nothing, didu... it's just that Advik ate both their chocolates, and now when they're asking, he's lying about it.) Ishvik replied with a casual shrug, as though this was nothing new.

"Lekin didu, meri fav chocolate thi..." (But didu, it was my favorite chocolate...) Siyara pouted, holding Ishanvi's cheeks with her tiny hands, snuggling closer into her didu's embrace.

"Main dungi tum sabko sabke fav chocolates. Ab chhodo usse." (I'll give all of you your favorite chocolates. Now leave him alone.) Ishanvi said gently, her voice carrying the kind of authority that made all the children quiet instantly.

The whole family, who had gathered around at the noise, couldn't help but smile at the sight. Their eyes softened with admiration, watching Ishanvi's loving, mature way of handling the kids her patience, her calmness, and the affection in every gesture made her truly the heart of the house.

"Areyyy, kya ho raha hai yahan?" (Oh, what's happening here?) a deep voice came from the staircase. Everyone turned to see Ishir descending gracefully, his presence instantly commanding attention. Behind him, Laksh and Naksh followed, lost in their own conversation but smiling as they approached the scene.

"Kuch nahi, bas yeh log ladh rahe the as usual." (Nothing, just these kids fighting as usual.) Surbhi explained with a laugh, shaking her head.

"Achaa haan... congratulations, princess. Tum select ho gayi ho Star Drama Academy mein." (Oh yes... congratulations, princess. You've been selected into Star Drama Academy.) Ishir said warmly as he reached her side, leaning down to press a proud kiss on her forehead.

"Heinn sachiii?!" (Really?!) Ishanvi exclaimed, her eyes widening in disbelief. Within seconds, happy tears welled up, spilling down her cheeks as her heart overflowed with joy.

"Bacha, main firse puch raha hoon... kya tum sure ho ki mujhe Star Academy ke owner se baat karne ki zarurat nahi hai? You know na, meri meetings ke dauran unse mulakat hui hai?!" (Bacha, I'm asking again... are you sure I don't need to talk to the owner of Star Academy? You know I've met him during my meetings, right?!) Ishir asked once more. His voice carried the weight of a father's protectiveness, his eyes fixed on Ishanvi with the kind of love that wanted to shield her from every possible hardship.

For a man who had built empires and have his influence, one call would have been enough to open doors for his daughter. Yet here she was, standing in front of him with a soft but determined smile, refusing that shortcut.

"Yess papa, koi zarurat nahi hai... main yahan se apna naam khud banana chahti hoon... aap log isme mera sath doge na?!" (Yes papa, there's no need... I want to make my name on my own from here... you all will support me in this, right?!) Ishanvi's voice was gentle but laced with quiet strength. There was no hesitation in her words-only the hunger to prove herself without leaning on anyone's shadow, not even her father's.

For a moment, Ishir's chest swelled with pride. She wasn't just his little princess anymore, she was becoming a woman who wanted to carve her own place in the world. And yet, the protective father inside him wanted to argue, to insist, to make things easier for her. But her eyes, shining with determination, stopped him.

"Ofcc betu." (Of course, dear.) Dishani stepped in softly, her heart brimming with pride as she kissed Ishanvi's forehead. A mother's reassurance, gentle and unwavering, wrapped around the girl like a blessing.

"Chalo, ab muh mitha karte hain." (Come, let's celebrate with something sweet.) Radhika ji's cheerful voice broke the emotion in the room, her happiness so evident as she signaled the servants to bring in sweets to the dining table. Her eyes glistened with tears of joy her granddaughter was growing, dreaming, and daring, and nothing could've made her prouder.

Everyone moved to the dining hall where breakfast had already been laid out. The air was light, filled with chatter and the comfort of family togetherness.

"Princess, aap aaj chalen mere sath? Saari formalities puri kar denge... shayad next week se aapki classes shuru ho jayengi..." (Princess, will you come with me today? We'll finish all the formalities... maybe your classes will start from next week.) Ishir said with a warm smile, the pride of a father shining in his eyes.

But Ishanvi chuckled, her laughter ringing like tiny bells in the quiet hall. "Papa, aap bhul rahe hain... aap India ke top businessman mein hain, ayin din aapka naam aata hai. Sabko waise bhi pata chal jayega..." (Papa, you're forgetting... you're one of India's top businessmen, your name comes up every day. Everyone will find out anyway...) she teased lightly, her tone carrying both admiration and mischief.

"Achha... fir main le chalunga na." (Fine then, I'll take you myself.) Laksh offered with an easy smile, the playful one who could never stay out of his niece's plans.

"The best gynecologist leke jaayenge mujhe?!" (Will you take me to the best gynecologist?!) Ishanvi questioned teasingly, her eyes sparkling as she deliberately twisted his words.

"Arey lekin " (Hey, but) Naksh had just started when Dishani interrupted, her soft motherly voice cutting in.

"Rukein ap sab... Ishi bacha, tum akeli jana chahti ho?!" (Wait Laksh... Ishi dear, do you want to go alone?!) she asked gently, her eyes searching her daughter's face.

"Haanjiii Mumma..." (Yesss Mumma...) Ishanvi admitted with a sheepish smile, her expression like a child caught red-handed.

Dishani's heart softened even more. "Okay... lekin aap time to time hume update karna. Aur khud ka khaas dhyan rakhna. Driver uncle aur bodyguard ke sath jana." (Okay, but you must keep us updated from time to time. And take special care of yourself. Go with the driver uncle.) she said, smiling with a quiet trust.

"Mumma, aap ek baar mein maan gayi?!" (Mumma, you agreed in just one go?!) Ishanvi asked, wide-eyed in mock shock.

Dishani smiled knowingly. "Haan bacha, tumko khud ka naam banana hai na? Toh seekhna toh padega. Aur tumhare peeche tumhara poora parivaar hamesha hai... kabhi tumhe girne nahi dega." (Yes bacha, you want to make your own name, right? Then you'll have to learn. And your entire family is always behind you... we will never let you fall.)

Her words wrapped around the whole family like a blessing. For a moment, everyone sat in silence, soaking in the strength of her reassurance.

"Waah bhabhi, tusi great ho!" (Wow, sister-in-law, you're great!) Riva, Laksh's wife, exclaimed with a grin, lightening the atmosphere once again. Everyone burst into laughter, the hall echoing with warmth and love.

After finishing their breakfast, the family members slowly dispersed, heading towards their rooms to gather their office things and start the day.

In DIHIR's Room:

"Hello its me Dr Dishani Ishir Roy speaking... my daughter Ishanvi Roy... aaj formalities puri karne ayegi. Yaad rahein, woh meri beti hai, so Mr. Dean you better take care of her and let her enjoy her college life without any worry..." (This is Mrs. Dishani Ishir Roy speaking... my daughter Ishanvi Roy will come today to complete her formalities. Remember, she is my daughter, so Mr. Dean, you better take care of her and let her enjoy her college life without any worry...) Dishani's voice carried a polite sharpness as she spoke over the phone while standing before the mirror, applying the final touches to her look.

Just then, Ishir came from behind, sliding his arms around her waist. His reflection appeared in the mirror, and their eyes met his smile warm, hers glowing with authority. Still on the call, Dishani finished her warning to the Dean and cut the call with a firm tone.

"Kya kar rahe hain... office nahi jana?!" (What are you doing... don't you have to go to office?!) she asked, resting her head lightly against his shoulder, her voice softening despite her question.

"Mera bas chale toh main aapse door hi na jaun, Noor..." (If it were up to me, I'd never go away from you, Noor...) Ishir murmured, pressing a gentle kiss to her cheek.

Dishani chuckled, teasing him with a sparkle in her eyes. "Teen bachon ke baap hain aap... bhool rahe hain shayad. Fir bhi romance khatam hi nahi ho raha." (You're the father of three kids... maybe you're forgetting. Yet your romance hasn't lessened one bit.)

"Aap bolen toh ek aur ke baap banne ke liye bhi ready hoon main." (If you say so, I'm even ready to become a father of one more.) Ishir winked mischievously, making her blush and look away in shyness.

"Fikr mat kijiye, Noor... meri baat ho gayi hai uske owner se. Woh mera kaafi acha contact hai. He will take care of Ishi. Aise hi jaane nahi deta main usse akeli agar baat nahi ki hoti." (Don't worry, Noor... I already spoke with the academy's owner. He's a good contact of mine. He'll take care of Ishi. I wouldn't let her go alone without making sure first.) Ishir reassured, laughing softly at the end.

Dishani shook her head but her lips curved into a soft smile. "Muskurate hue ache lagte hain." (You look good while smiling.)

"Aur uski wajah aap hain." (And the reason is you.) Ishir whispered, placing a tender kiss on her hair, his words heavy with sincerity.

"Chalein... late ho raha dono ko aapke chakkar mein." (Let's go... we'll both be late because of you.) Dishani tried wriggling out of his arms, though her tone betrayed the shy delight in her heart.

"Pehle meri kiss..." (First my kiss...) Ishir demanded childishly.

"Ishir... kya karte hain..." (Ishir... what are you doing...) Dishani said shyly, lowering her lashes.

"Kissssssss." Ishir pouted exaggeratedly, his eyes sparkling like a mischievous boy.

"Bade cute lag rahe ho..." (You look very cute...) Dishani admitted softly, leaning in to kiss his pout. But before she could pull away, Ishir cupped her neck, pulling her closer and deepening the soft peck into a passionate kiss. Time seemed to still as their breaths mingled, until they finally broke apart, cheeks flushed, hearts racing.

Soon after, both composed themselves, straightened their clothes, and walked downstairs hand in hand. The rest of the house was already buzzing with routine. Ishir and Naksh left for Roy Industries, while Surbhi, Dishani, and Laksh headed to the hospital. Riva went off to her office, and the elder members chose the garden, spending their leisurely morning with the children who were on holiday.

As for Ishanvi, she left with her driver and a personal bodyguard, her heart fluttering with excitement as she set off to the academy to complete her college formalities.

When Ishanvi's car finally pulled up at the gates of Star Drama Academy, her heart raced with a mixture of excitement and nervousness. She rolled the window down, looking at the tall, elegant campus building that gleamed proudly under the afternoon sun.

"Driver uncle, bodyguard bhaiya... aap dono bas yahin wait kijiye, main andar khud jaungi." (Driver uncle, bodyguard bhaiya... you both wait here, I'll go inside myself.) Her voice carried the same soft determination that often reminded everyone of Dishani.

The two hesitated, exchanging a quick glance. "Par bitiya..." (But child...)

Before Ishanvi could insist further, Ishir's call came through. After confirming directly with him, they finally nodded. "Thik hai, bitiya... hum yahin wait karenge." (Alright, child... we'll wait here.)

Ishanvi adjusted her bag on her shoulder and walked inside the campus. Her big, expressive eyes roamed around with a glow of happiness-students laughing in groups, seniors chatting under the shade of trees, banners fluttering in the wind-everything felt alive, fresh, and welcoming.

She reached the Dean's office, raising her hand to push the door open. But before she could, the door swung outward, and a tall, handsome boy stepped out. His sharp features softened when he saw her standing there. He smiled, casual yet warm.

Ishanvi blinked for a second before returning the smile with her natural grace. Her dimples appeared, catching his attention instantly. Without a word, she slipped inside to meet the Dean, leaving him standing there, strangely captivated.

After completing her formalities, Ishanvi walked back out, her phone pressed to her ear. "Haan Mumma... ho gaya sab. Formalities complete." (Yes Mumma... everything is done. All formalities completed.) Her voice carried a little relief as she updated Dishani.

Lost in her conversation, she didn't notice the pillar directly in her path. Just as she was about to collide, a strong hand caught her arm, pulling her back gently.

"Sambhalke... zara phone se nikal ke dekhiye... samne diwar se takraati aap." (Careful... come out of your phone for a bit... you were about to crash into a wall ahead.)

The playful, boyish voice made her snap her head up. Her big eyes met the same boy she had seen earlier outside the Dean's office.

"Ohh... sorry. And thank you." Ishanvi's angelic voice was soft, and her dimpled smile appeared again.

The boy froze for a second, staring at that smile, almost forgetting to breathe. "It's okay... myself Adhiraj Raichand." He finally introduced himself, his tone casual but his gaze unwavering.

"Heyy... Ishanvi Roy." She replied gently, her voice like a melody.

But before the moment could stretch further, her phone buzzed again. She gave him a polite smile. "Byee... and thank you once again."

Without waiting for his response, she turned and walked away, her hand brushing lightly with the breeze. Adhiraj stood rooted for a moment, his lips curving into an involuntary smile as he watched her walk away, her presence lingering even after she was gone.

Outside, Ishanvi quickly got into the car, still on call with Dishani. Soon, other family members began calling her one by one, each asking about her admission. She laughed, her heart warm at their love, answering each call in turn.

The drive home felt lighter. She scrolled through Instagram for a while, her dimples appearing every now and then as she saw funny reels, until the car rolled into the Roy mansion.

By noon, she joined her family for lunch, the dining hall filled with chatter and laughter. Evening was spent with everyone together, the house glowing with joy. After dinner, one by one, they all retired to their rooms.

Ishanvi entered her own room, but instead of lying down, she stepped onto her balcony her favorite place. The cool night air brushed against her face, and the silver glow of the moon bathed her in its calm light. She closed her eyes, breathing deeply, trying to take in the serenity of the moment.

But suddenly... a face appeared in her mind. Sharp eyes, an easy smile, the warmth in his voice. Her lips moved before she even realized it.

"Adhiraj..."

The name slipped out of her mouth unknowingly, carried away by the night breeze, as her heart skipped a beat.
